Mount Holland

The Mount Holland mine site (also referred to as the Earl Grey Lithium Project) is located within the Great Western Woodlands This area is home to conservation-significant flora species and provides habitat to conservation-significant fauna species such as malleefowl and chuditch.

The mine site underwent rigorous environmental assessments by both the WA Environmental Protection Authority and the Commonwealth Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water. These assessments ensured that our operations comply with environmental regulations and mitigated any potential impacts on the surrounding ecosystems. A revised proposal (Life of Mine Proposal) is currently under assessment by the WA and Commonwealth regulators. The proposal involves continued mining beyond the initial 10 year mine life for up to an additional 30 years.

The Covalent Lithium Environment Policy outlines our Statement of Commitment to the environment.
