Shareholders Approve Mt Holland Expansion Project 

Covalent Lithium welcomes shareholder approval of the Mt Holland Expansion Project, marking a significant milestone for Covalent. The expansion will double spodumene concentrate production at Mt Holland and includes a new integrated ore sorting facility that will unlock additional value from the operation.  

Covalent Lithium Chief Executive Officer Stuart Macnaughton said:

“This approval reflects our shareholders' confidence in Covalent and the opportunities ahead. 

“The expansion will increase production capacity while lowering unit operating costs, strengthening the business through increased scale and efficiency. 

“It represents an important next step for Covalent and the continued growth of our integrated lithium operations.” 

Covalent will continue to work with relevant regulatory bodies and stakeholders to finalise approvals.
