  • Your disclosure can be made confidentially and anonymously if desired and without fear of intimidation or reprisal.

  • If your report isn’t protected under the law, it will still be treated seriously and confidentially as a grievance.

How to speak up

For employees of Covalent Lithium, we encourage you to bring any wrongdoing to the attention of management as a first step. The internal Disclosure Officers are listed below.

If you do not feel comfortable reporting internally, you can speak up confidentially to our external whistleblowing service, Your Call.

Your Call is an external intermediary service that acts as the conduit between you and Covalent Lithium when making a report and throughout any ongoing communication via the online reporter portal. You can report using any of the methods listed below.

What happens once I submit a report?

All reports are automatically and securely routed to the Covalent Lithium Disclosure Officers. They will assess your report and assign it to a trusted internal or external party for follow-up. The Disclosure Officers will have access to your reports unless you request Your Call not to disclose to one or more of them.

The Disclosure Officers are:

  • Annabel Hardy – Manager Legal

  • Amanda Stewart – GM People & Culture

Due to legal and confidentiality requirements, the outcome of a whistleblowing report will not be disclosed to the reporter. Any actions required as a result of the whistleblower report will only be communicated to the directly affected parties.
