ABOUT US / CORPORATE GOVERNANCE

Corporate Governance

Acting ethically with purpose, care, accountability and collaboration, is critical to Covalent Lithium’s efforts to reliably and efficiently produce battery-quality lithium hydroxide in Western Australia.

Covalent Lithium has legal and ethical obligations with which it must comply, during the course of carrying out its Mission. From a Corporate Governance perspective, Covalent Lithium has established, published, and communicated robust policies and procedures to ensure its legal and ethical obligations are met.

Covalent Lithium’s Code of Conduct (Code) is at the heart of everything we do. Our Code reinforces our commitment to our core values and underpins and drives our policies and procedures. Everyone working for and with Covalent Lithium is expected to know and comply with this Code, and ensure their behaviours reflect The Covalent Way.

A Management Committee and a Steering Committee have been established to periodically review and approve major technical and management decisions.

We work hard to ensure the trust and support of our stakeholders is established and maintained in every engagement and interaction we have.
